Yes , all of our device repairs come with a 3 month warranty providing you with peace of mind when your device is repaired with us.
Your device repair warranty covers manufacturer faults with the parts themselves or fitment issues.
Warranties provided by Kevs IT Ltd do NOT cover accidental or physical damage of any kind.
We do offer the option to extend your warranty to either 6 or 12 months which can be discussed upon repair.
We have no booking or cancellation fees for our appointments , although we do have a diagnostics fee of £30 if you later decide not to repair the device.
Yes , all PCs whether refurbished, custom or new PCs sourced come with a warranty period.
Our custom built PCs are however exempt and are unable to be returned for any other reason apart from a faulty part due to the customised nature of the machine.

Kevs IT Rewards provides you earn points earned for every £1 spent on our website. The reward points will allow you to have discounts on any subsequent orders too, meaning you never pay full price for your tech again after your first order!
All orders via our online store are usually dispatched within 24 hours of ordering for in stock items. For pre-orders or out of stock items they will be dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving our delivery.
Earning rewards points is very easy to do. All you need is an account open on our site which can also be done from the my account page and then shop online as you normally would.
Yes, from time to time we will run promotions on different products and services which will expire. If we do not have any promotions you can always use your reward points to earn money off your order.
Unfortunately , we currently do not accept any customer collections for online orders, unless by prior arrangement with ourselves.
