The watch is a great buy. It records your steps and Heart rate also blood pressure. It also records how long you sleep for light and deep sleep. You can also see who calls you on the watch. You can hang up on the watch. You can also get messages from normal text, what’s app and Facebook messages.
Very small and easy to use. You do need to keep app open on your phone for it to record stuff. It also gives you weather where you are. I would say the battery last 3 days. I am very pleased with it.
