A site visit is classified as a visit a technician needs to make to your premises in person to resolve an issue that cannot be resolved remotely.

How much are site visits

For all TechShield Pro packages we include unlimited remote support requests in your monthly per user pricing , however site visits are charged as additional which are outlined below

Cost per hour on site: £65 + VAT

Mileage Costs: £0.30 per mile (First 15 Miles FREE)
